Join us for FREE in-person grief support in central Boca Raton. This group is for anyone struggling with grief due to the death of a person. Together we can move forward through our grief. In this group we openly discuss grief issues and suggestions that might bring about some relief in a healthy way. The focus is on positive changes we can make, as well as genuine listening and communicating. By sharing our experiences, we can help each other move forward, feel less alone and realize we are not going crazy. Sometimes you just need to talk about your lost loved one or how you are feeling. Sometimes you just need to know someone else is or was where you are.
This is NOT a therapist-run group, but a group run by grievers. It is also not part of the “Grief Share” program. If you are grieving a loss, whether very recent or many years in the past, please join us! It really does help to talk with others who are in your shoes.
EVERYONE grieving the death of a person is welcome, but YOU MUST RSVP in advance for this meeting because seating is limited. You can RSVP below OR on our Meet Up page. To RSVP below, you will need to login. If you don’t have a login yet, please create an account and an administrator will approve you quickly.
The meeting starts at 6pm. If you RSVP, please be respectful and BE ON TIME, because it is disruptive to everyone when someone arrives late. The door will be open before 6pm, so feel free to come early so you avoid arriving late. Thank you!
